Administrative Staff

The receptionist and administrative staff are fully trained and are there to help you, but please remember they have a difficult job to do particularly at busy times of the day. They liaise between patients and all team members with their main role being to ensure the smooth running of the practice. When requesting the various services of the practice, it will be helpful to give the receptionist an indication of the urgency of the problem. It is a legal requirement that confidentiality of patient records is maintained at the highest level by all staff.
