Practice & Cluster Pharmacist / Independent Prescriber

The pharmacist conducts a range of predominantly clinically related activities involving their expertise in the quality use of medications, and will assist the GP's with all prescribing duties.

Duties may include:

• Patient education
• Medication counselling
• Lifestyle counselling
