• Ear infection – Over 1 years
• Ingrown hair infection – Any age
• Ingrown nail/skin around nail – Any age
• Impetigo – Any age (excluding around eyes, immunocompromised)
• Lyme disease – One ‘bullseye’ rash present – any age
• Oral thrush – Any age
• Shingles – Over 16 years
• Sinusitis – Any age (if more than 10 days with severe symptoms)
• Tonsilitis – Any age (excluding more than 6 episodes in 1 year)
• UTI – (excluding pregnant, catheterisation, over 65, persistent.)
• Vaginal thrush – Any age (up to 4 episodes in 1 year. Excluding diabetic, pregnant. Topical treatment for 12-15 years if caused by antibiotic therapy.
